Development of an Experiment Box for Solving Astronomical Problems for Learners With and Without Special Educational Needs

About This Paper

This contribution addresses inclusive astronomy education. The authors designed an Experimentierbox (experiment kit) specifically for mixed-ability groups, ensuring that all activities are accessible to learners with a range of physical and cognitive needs while maintaining scientific rigour. The kit draws on the astro-lab.app experiment collection and was evaluated with heterogeneous school groups at the University of Cologne student laboratory.
